- What are your telephone opening hours?

McGregor Windows and Doors office is open 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

- How long will my job take to complete?

At McGregor Windows and Doors we undertake all scales of jobs from a single window to the provision of windows for a whole building. You will be given an accurate timescale of completion when you receive your quote.

- What are your payment terms?

We require a 35% minimum deposit of the quotation price at time of placing official order for all orders in excess of £ 1,000 with the full balance on any order after all works completed paid within 7 days from the date of the final invoice.

- What methods of payment can I use?

Payment can be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer.

- How do you set the cost of jobs?

It depends on the job you need. If needed, we may send one of our tradesmen to visit your home to provide a no obligation quote.

- How do I make a complaint if I'm not satisfied?

We hope you'll never need to make a complaint to McGregor Windows and Doors but we realise that mistakes sometimes happen, so if you feel unhappy about something we have done then please let us know. We promise to listen to your feedback and use your suggestions to make improvements to our service.

First of all, let us know what we've done wrong or what it is that you're unhappy with. If we can't sort out your complaint straight away then we will take full details from you and arrange for the problem to be fully investigated and resolved as quickly as possible.
